Please Take Note:

• ALL party guests must be paid for (this includes parents, grandparents, and non-swimmer party guests)
• There are two reservable sections within the Gator Grove, each with an equal number of major furniture
• These spaces can be reserved for the upcoming month at this time.
• These spaces are reserved for 2 hour slots.
• These spaces will be closed for parties on some specified times (opening weekend, Memorial Day, 4th of July, other specific dates depending on GVP social calendar). They will also be closed to parties on evenings Monday through Thursday after 5 pm to allow members routine usage of the grill/eating space
• Any member with 10 or more guests is considered a party.  This must take place in the Grove and be booked 48 hours or more in advance.
• Each section will have a 20-guest capacity per section, which includes both children and adults. This does not include other members, but is to help moderate the amount of people expected in the space. If a member expects more than 20 GUESTS, they should reserve BOTH sections of the grove. Members are allowed to grill even if a member has reserved both spaces.
• The purpose for prepaying for passes and submitting a guest list prior to a party is to ensure proper guards are present if a party is large, to streamline the guest check in procedure and ensure all guests are properly paid for.
