Green Valley Racquet and Swim Club Party Policy:

As the “Perfect Place to Play” GVP supports parties of all types within the Park, including birthdays and graduations. Many memories are made at the pool, and this is especially true during summer parties. The following Party Policy is aimed to create a safe, dedicated area for parties, while continuing to allow members regular access to the amenities they have come to expect. The newly astroturfed Gator Grove is perfect for parties as it will be comfortable to move around on, not invade regular pool deck use, and help to create a special place for a party to occur. The tables and chairs can be moved around to suit a party’s needs. In particular, when numerous guests are expected, GVP strongly encourages the use of the Gator Grove as a courtesy to the other members. To Reserve Gator Grove: 

1. Review available time slots on the GVP Website under “Reserve Gator Grove”
2. Email info@gvpgators.com with requested date, time, section and total number of anticipated guests.
3. If the slot is available, the member must pay for anticipated guests to confirm and hold the space.
4. The member must submit the expected guest list within 2 days of the party via email to info@gvpgators.com.
5. On the day of the party the list will be at the guard shack. Any additional guests are to be paid in full on the day of the party.
