For decades Green Valley has had multiple systems for website, emails, record keeping and more that were not linked. With this new website we now have ONE system! This is wonderful but as we all learn how to use our system to its full potential there are going to be some growing pains.
The fist step to making things easier is:
All members should log in to the primary member’s account and click on the pink household button. Every member of the household needs to be listed. Anyone with an email, please add it to the system. This allows those with emails access to making reservations for tennis and pickleball courts, swim lanes and pool-side tents.

Where is my membership card?
All we need to now is your last name, but be prepared to get your pictures taken the first time you check in. This will replace our membership card system. When checking in for subsequent visits the attendant will put in your name and your photo will pop up as they check you in!
What if I no longer have access to the email GV has as my login email?
That’s ok. You don’t need access to it to log in for the first time. Your pin is 1111 so use the old email to log in with your pin and change your email to the correct one.
You have the wrong email for me.
No problem, you can edit your information any time. Update your email address by logging in, click on the grey lock that says account. Change any info that is incorrect and click the green update your account button. You’re done!
My account has my spouse/partner name, but my email.
Update the email by clicking on the grey lock that says account. Be sure to click the green update your info button when you are done.
My spouse/partner is the primary member and it doesn’t recognize my email.
No problem, the primary member can add you to the system. Have the primary member log in, click on the pink household button and add you to the system.
How can I make pool check in easier?
Log in to your account today and add your spouse/partner/partner and children to your family account. This needs to be done by the primary member: log in, click on the pink household button, add any children or spouse/partner/partners.
Can I send my kids to the pool solo?
Use the check in notification feature. You can be notified by email or text each time your child checks in/out of the pool by turning on the notification feature. To activate, login, click on the pink household button and turn on notifications. Don’t need to be notified? Just leave that feature toggled off.
I don’t have PayPal so can I still pay online?
No PayPal? No problem! You can choose whether to pay by credit card or use PayPal.
